According to world famous Naturopath and Osteopath, Leon Chariton, every human being is born with a potential to greatly increase their expected life span. If we look to the accepted scientific formula for calculating how long all mammals species live, (humans are mammals too) then a potential life span of one hundred and twenty-five years should be the average human life expectancy.
This formula is arrived at by multiplying by five the time it takes for a skeleton to mature. Human skeletal development is reached at the age of twenty-five. Therefore twenty-five times five equals one hundred and twenty-five years potential life span. Today with all the wonders of modern medicine we are able to extend the life expectancy of men and women but to nowhere near the potential lifespan, as determined by skeletal scientific analysis. Why does this figure fall so short of the mark when cross-referenced against other mammals?
As voiced by Leon Chaiton and confirmed by scientific data, it is reasonable for us to expect a longer life span. Following that information it is clear that the aging process takes place quicker than it should. Unfortunately there are many factors that have an adverse effect on our health, bodily well being and potential life span. While there is little we can do concerning the extent of pollutants and chemical substances in our environment, we can and should ensure that all our nutritional needs are met in a well balanced and holistic manner.
Having established that the quality of our hair is greatly dependent on the quality of the nourishing blood, it is of considerable importance to establish how best to improve the quality of that blood by optimizing our nutritional habits. Before arriving at the formula for achieving these goals we will first continue to build our base of knowledge concerning all influencing factors in this regard.
